The Product:

All of my ceramics are handmade using hand built techniques. Each piece is completely unique, and no two pieces will be exactly alike. For example, if you purchase two mugs, they will be similar, however they can still slightly differ in shape and size. Each will have their own unique marks and appearance. The clay body can also slightly vary in color due to the firing process. Since clay is a natural product, it is unpredictable and it’s these unique characteristics that make handmade ceramics that much more interesting.

Photography:

I try to get the colors and appearance of my ceramics to be as accurate as possible in the photos, however there can be very slight differences between the photo and the actual product.

Size:

The dimensions of the products are all listed in the description of each product on their page. Sizes can slightly differ between pieces, typically no more than +/- 1cm.

Refunds/Exchanges:

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item has arrived broken or your order is wrong then I can issue a refund or send out a replacement. In that case, you must contact me via email within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of it in the original packaging. If the product you purchased is a one-off piece, you will only be able to receive a refund as it is extremely difficult to replicate one-off sculptural pieces. Damages reported after 48 hours cannot be refunded. A replacement piece can be sent out free of new shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Packages are dropped off daily. Package arrival times vary on the chosen shipping method. Any overcharges on shipping will be refunded for national orders.

Large Orders May Arrive In Multiple Shipments.

DOMESTIC (AUS) SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via Auspost. Once the package enters the hands of the shipping carrier I have no control over how long the package will take to get to your location. I am also not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen mail. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Plan to have someone home on the designated day of arrival to ensure your package is not stolen. Once the package is sent out it usually takes 1-5 business days to be delivered. Orders placed during the holiday season and other busy times may take longer.

How To Care For Your Ceramics

All of my ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, hand-washing is highly recommended. You can lightly oil the ceramics that have a raw clay finish (unglazed). With proper care, hand-made ceramics can last many lifetimes.
